Manage Local Users and Groups

This section describes how to manage ARTESCA local users and groups.

Prerequisites

Prior to following any local user or group management procedure, you must:

• have ARTESCA installed.

• log in to the ARTESCA UI and access the Identity menu.

  

Note

To manage local users, including changing passwords, you must have Platform Admin rights. A user without these rights will need a Platform Admin to change their password by providing a temporary one.

Manage Local Users

This section provides procedures to manage ARTESCA local users.

Manage Local Groups

This section provides procedures to manage ARTESCA local groups.

Groups are a set of users you can apply roles to. A user can be a member of zero-to-many groups.
