Manage the Serve Root Certificate Authority Option

The Serve Root Certificate Authority (CA) option enables the inclusion of the Root CA certificate during certificate presentation or replacement.

By default, the Serve Root CA option is disabled. Enable this option if your clients or devices require the complete certification chain for secure connections.

Once enabled, the Serve Root CA option applies to all certificates.

Note

You can still revert to the default mode and disable the option.

1. On the Certificates page, click the pencil icon to enable the Serve Root CA option.

   

2. On the Enable “Serve Root CA” option? dialog box, click Confirm enabling.

   

3. Click Exit once all certificates status are set as Success.

   

4. The Serve Root CA option is now Enabled.
