Removing Buckets from ARTESCA Leads to Ingestion Issues

Problem Description

Removing and then recreating an ARTESCA bucket with the same name can cause S3 ingestion issues. New objects can reach the new bucket, but previous entries are not triggered by ingestion.

Problem Resolution

Recreate an ARTESCA bucket with a different name.
